Hey there, I'm Jaclyn (Showalter) Ochwat the founder of HouseGuest Consulting LLC. We are a hospitality and restaurant consulting firm that specializes in the successful development of brands, launching new establishments, stabilizing and expanding food and beverage (F&B) operations across the United States. I've worked across the F&B landscape over the last few years  (17 to be exact) which has helped me round out my diverse experience in the hospitality industry, including hotels, quick-service restaurants (QSR), and independent F&B outlets.  HouseGuest was developed because of my passion behind rekindling the essence of true hospitality for the guests who visit your establishments. Whether it's revamping existing F&B operations, launching new restaurant concepts, or enhancing the overall guest experience, HouseGuest brings a wealth of expertise and a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality.
